Profitability analysis for University Hospital Zurich (USZ)
In the context of a planned redesign of the medical services at University Hospital of Zurich (USZ), MMI prepared a detailed analysis of the effects of various structural development scenarios on the personnel structure and costs of the hospital.
Special consideration was given to the economic viability of various development scenarios (bundling at one location, refurbishment of existing buildings or a complete new construction outside the city).
